Στα χρόνια της Τρόικας, όπως τα ζούμε σήμερα, τα συντεχνιακά συμφέροντα πολλών επαγγελματικών κλάδων δέχονται πιέσεις και "συμπιέσεις". Μέσα στις "ανακαλύψεις" των τελευταίων ετών, αναδύθηκε και το "πρόβλημα" του δικηγορικού επαγγέλματος μέσα στην ελληνική κοινωνία. Ξαφνικά, το δικηγορικό επάγγελμα έπρεπε να "ανοίξει" και να καταργηθούν πραγματικά ή πλασματικά επαγγελματικά προνόμια των δικηγόρων. Μέσα στην "αρένα" των στοχοποιημένων προσώπων της μεταπολιτευτικής Ελλάδας, προστέθηκε προς τέρψη των "αιμοδιψών" πολιτών και η εξυγίανση του κλάδου των δικηγόρων. Τελικά, ποια είναι αυτά τα συμφέροντα που έπρεπε να εξαλειφθούν από τους δικηγόρους και για ποιο λόγο;

Δυστυχώς, από τότε που τελειώνοντας τους σπουδές μου άρχισα τη γνωριμία με την ελληνική δικαιοσύνη και το επάγγελμα του δικηγόρου, κατάλαβα το πόσο ήδη απαξιωμένοι ήταν οι δικηγόροι τόσο στα μάτια τόσων των ίδιων των συναδέλφων τους όσο και στα μάτια των πολιτών. This is...Greece! (Part 2)

After the "Dirty 1989", the conservative party tried to impose a new political and macroeconomic ethos. Everything should be sold...privatizations. The elected government thought that privatizations of State Companies (Electricity Power, Water Supply, Industrial etc), that had already become the "palace" of the Unions and occupied thousands of Greek citizens, will promote the development of the Greek Economy and the start of the Capitalist Era in Greece. However, this effort ran into a "wall", that was built by the opposition parties in the Parliament and the Trade Unions. Huge strikes and demonstrations led to the overthrown of the conservative party within three years of its regime. Members of the Conservative Party and the Government were leaving and the Prime Minister was forced to go into new elections. Meanwhile, the war in the former Yugoslavia started and ended with the Greek Government issuing its neutralism, although most of the Greek population were sympathetic to the Orthodox Serbian people. When the war was finished, most of the neighbouring countries suffered the consequences, i.e. refugees, hunger, nationalism. A new-born State of the former Yugoslavia decided that its name can unite its weak and poor people under a nationalist "umbrella" and called their country "Macedonia", the birth place and Kingdom of Alexander the Great. Since then, Greece and Skopije (as Greece recognises them) are in a continuous controversy and although now the U.N. officially recognised Skopije as FYROM (former Yugoslavic Republic of Macedonia), many other countries have already accepted the name "Macedonia" officially. Every Greek Foreign Minister heirs this controversy and although Greek Businessmen have already developed their activities to this neighbouring country (low labour cost), the politicians are still trying to find the solution to this controversy under U.N. supervision [I cannot be objective in this matter, since History states that Ancient Macedonia was a Greek Empire as it is proved by the archaeological findings only in Greek territory.]

Many people in the world woke up one morning and heard from the news that Greece has serious financial problems and is very close to bankruptcy. Some of them remembered their lovely vacation at the small and sunny European country...Some of them remembered that this country organized the Olympics of 2004... Some of them relieved that it's Greece and not their country....Some others just saw what they were expecting the last years...Some just changed the channel without bothering.

Well, Greece is known in the world for many reasons. Unfortunately, most of them are referring to the past, even to the very long past. Maybe the sun is a continuous trademark for Greece, but the past makes Greece look huge to the eyes of the people of this planet. Today, Greece is going through one of the worst crisis in their 36-year free democratic existence. What happened then????

Τρομοκρατία της Οικονομίας

Από τις εκλογές και μετά, ζήσαμε την αγωνία της "αλλαγής"  για 100 ημέρες. Και οι 100 ημέρες συνεχίζονται (αν και πέρασαν....) και το μόνο που έχει αλλάξει είναι η εποχή που ζούμε. Τότε ήταν Φθινόπωρο και τώρα είμαστε στην Άνοιξη. Κυρίαρχο χαρακτηριστικό του νέου "τίποτα" είναι  η τρομοκρατία της οικονομίας.. Τρομοκρατείται ο λαός ότι υπάρχει περίπτωση να χάσει τα χρήματά του προκειμένου να καλύψουν οι κυβερνήσεις τα "χαμένα" χρήματα (επιδοτήσεις, δάνεια, ευρωπαϊκά κονδύλια κ.α.). Τρομοκρατείται ότι δεν υπάρχουν ούτε οι πληρωμές εργαζομενών και συνταξιούχων στο Δημόσιο για τον μήνα Ιούνιο. Τρομοκρατείται από τις τιμές των προϊόντων και καταλαβαίνει ότι πλέον πρέπει να αναζητά τις χαμηλότερες και συμφέρουσες τιμές στις αγορές του. Τρομοκρατείται όταν ακούει ότι θα μειώσουν το μισθό ή τη σύνταξή του και ταυτόχρονα θα πληρώνει και επιπλεόν ΦΠΑ για υπηρεσίες που δεν κόστιζαν απαγορευτικά. Τρομοκρατείται όταν συνειδητοποιεί ότι μόνος τού τα περνάει όλα και η βοήθεια δεν έρχεται από αυτόν που πραγματικά μπορεί να τον βοηθήσει. Αυτή είναι η τρομοκρατία της οικονομίας.

What Change may come?

Yes, stupidity is over. But what if realism is harder than stupidity? Obama 's presidency may be accompanied at the moment with ambitious plans for a better world, but the present instances seem to follow a completely different route. It is not possible to depend the future of the globe on the hands of one person or one country. Imagine what if this country leaves the world on its own. Lets see what happens currently throughout the world.

In Gaza, the Israelis keep hitting the Palestinian ground with smart war movements still killing people. In spite of the so-called truce between both sides, the war is going on and nothing looks positive. After the election on Israel, far-right politicians encourage the isolation of Israel of any kind of Arabs. Their voice, now, is even stronger and while Israel loses people by Hamas bombings (even if this is "set up"), people will listen to this voice more positive. Palestine is a cursed place, full of hatred, and the Laws of the United Nations do not apply at all or noone is there to apply them. Israel is growing its military force with many technological supplies, whereas drastic Palestinian organisations are planning suicide or simple bombings.

Έχει μείνει πια μια βδομάδα πριν τις βουλευτικές εκλογές και τα κόμματα έχουν πια παρουσιάσει τα προγράμματα τους και έχουν εξαντλήσει τα "θα" τους. Φυσικά, κανονικά προγράμματα δεν υπάρχουν. Ιδίως για τα δύο κόμματα που θα διεκδικήσουν την εξουσία, υπάρχουν μόνο λόγια του αέρα, τα οποία αξιολογούνται ανάλογα με την άμεση και επικοινωνιακή απήχηση τους. Παράδειγμα, το ΠΑΣΟΚ διακηρύττει την επαναδιαπραγμάτευση μεγάλων ευρωπαϊκών και διεθνών συμφωνιών της απερχόμενης κυβέρνησης. Πραγματικά, πιστεύουν ότι μιλούν σε αφελείς. Οι συμφωνίες αυτές είναι αμφοτεροβαρείς...

GREEN FASHION...GREEN LIES!!

Many years passed since the world started to understand the global warming phenomenon. Technology and science provided theories, excuses and causes of the global warming...and still keep producing new evidence about the current status and the possible threats for the humankind. However, the changes we observe almost every year since then, are the hardest proof that the environment is reacting to human intervention. When we see old movies in the TV and we see how in early 1900s the people lived and how the cities were small pieces inside forests, by the deep blue sea, by the rivers, we conclude that we occupied nature and now forests, sea and rivers are the small pieces by the cities or generally by the human occupation. Fires, floods, pollution, deforestation are broadcasted by the media every day now. Eco-news, eco-shows, eco-reality, eco...eco...eco. The eco- compound in words is now "cool". It is "cool" to buy eco-tshirts, eco-food, to drive bicycle, hybrid cars, to donate money to reforestations, rivers renaissance, to eco-campaigns. Well, it may be the truth that people now are more sensitive in ecology matters, which is indeed a very good and positive view of human action, but do the people really know what happens to nature, what happens in earth's crust? Are the people sure that mankind caused the global warming and changes in the natural environment?

ΕΚΛΟΓΕΣ (1)

Μέσα σε πέντε χρόνια έχουμε βιώσει ήδη τέσσερεις εκλογικές διαδιακασίες. Από τη μία, θα έλεγε κανείς ότι ζούμε μια διαδραστική δημοκρατία, όπου σε σύντομα χρονικά διαστήματα καλούμαστε να συμμετάσχουμε στη λήψη αποφάσεων. Από την άλλη, διαπιστώνοντας ότι όχι μόνο δεν αλλάζει σχεδόν τίποτα (τόσο σε εθνικό όσο και σε ευρωπαϊκο επίπεδο), αλλά μας καλούν νασυμμετάσχουμε στο πάρτυ τους χωρίς ουσιαστικό λόγο και με καμία διάθεση. Τί ψηφίζουμε τελικα; Μας ωφελούν οι συνεχείς εκλογικές μάχες; Αξίζει να ψηφίσει κανείς έτσι που έχουν εξελιχθεί τα πράγματα; Ας αναζητήσουμε λοιπόν την κοινή λογική...

Δυστυχώς, στην Ελλάδα ψηφίζουμε με 100% πελατειακή συνείδηση.

Are these stories true or "common" conspiracy theories?

Searching the internet about the curious case of the current world trying to prove that although we were relieved when Obama was elected, things in the world are
in the same status and will remain. However, I found a video in a greek blog "Troktiko" that shows the "common" conspiracy theories. Well, I think by now that half of these stories contain truthful incidents. Let's have that in mind. Soon the search will be over.

Καταστολή ή σε καταστολή (3ο Μέρος)

Πολλές φορές αναρωτιώμαστε για το αν πραγματικά οι ίδιοι ατομικά μπορούμε κάτι να αλλάξουμε στον κόσμο που ζούμε ή απλώς είμαστε τα πιόνια ενός "συστήματος" που μας καταβροχθίζει και μας αφήνει να κινούμαστε μόνο μέσα στην "κοιλιά" του. Βλέποντας τέτοια βίντεο πραγματικά αναρωτιέμαι για τον σκοπό που εξυπηρετούν τέτοιες ενέργειες. Τα κίνητα πια έχουν γίνει οι αυτόπτες μάρτυρες γεγονότων που άλλοτε "χάνονταν" από τη δημοσιότητα και άλλοτε παρουσιάζονταν ως "μεμονωμένα περιστατικά" (κλασική ατάκα...!!!). Τώρα όμως ο καθένας μπορεί να καταγράψει κάτι που εσκεμμένα ή όχι θα αποσιωπόταν και θα το ήξεραν μερικοί μόνο άνθρωποι.

Καταστολή ή σε καταστολή (Μέρος 1ο)

Αυτό είναι το βίντεο που είχε μεταδόσει ο Λαζόπουλος στην εκπομπή του στις 16-12-2008. Μπορεί αυτό να τα λέει όλα αλλά μπορεί και μη λέει τίποτα. Οι κάφροι είτε είναι αστυνομικοί είτε αναρχικοί είτε απλά κάφροι σπάνε και καίνε μαγαζιά για να δηλώσουν τί; Ότι μπορούν να βανδαλίζουν γιατί ξέρουν ότι κανείς δε θα τους συλλάβει; Ότι μπορούν να βανδαλίζουν γιατί το κράτος δε θέλει να ακουστεί η φωνή των διαδηλωτών; Ότι μπορούν να βανδαλίζουν γιατί έτσι μόνο πονάει ο λαός και μπορεί να ξυπνήσει;

Όποια και είναι η απάντηση σε αυτά τα ερωτήματα, ένα είναι σίγουρο: κανείς δεν είναι μαζί τους. Και αν κάποιος τους υποστηρίζει, είναι επειδή νιώθει ότι ίσως ιδρώσει το αυτάκι κάποιου υπουργού και κάνει κάτι.Αμ δε...δε θα κάνει τίποτα. Θα περιμένει να περάσει η "επικοινωνιακή" και "μιντιακή" μπόρα και...η ζωή συνεχίζεται. Δε συνεχίζεται όμως για τον Αλέξη ή τον Διαμαντή, που σήμερα τα ξημερώματα δέχθηκε περίπου 20 πυροβολισμούς από τους ίδιους κάφρους.

Take a look at these movies. But be careful! The movie by itself may not be the truth, but it contains information that one can evaluate and verify them through the internet.
Of course, some through their expert knowledge may find "holes" and serious scientific "mistakes" in these movies, but the meaning is to search independendly, to find whether these people are telling the thuth. Is there any common sense?

Unfortunately, if these movies describe the true elements of the current status of the globe, then it is really pesimmistic. If the Twin Towers were just the "construction" of a reason to attack and make money...if the american people were frauded to consent to multiple military actions in the other side of the world...if bankers are the real "government" of all of us...if our christian religion is just a more structured version of old religious beliefs, then there is something real wrong in our global society, which the people are too hypnotised to understand and react. Even if half of the information contained in these movies are right, the people are nothing more than "toys" on the hands of a powerful oligarchy, who structured a world functioning like a money-producing machine.
On the other hand, there is a theory, that nowadays tends to approach the common sense, that there are people, who, while searching the truth, get confused between what they find and what they imagine they can find. And they end up with "conspirancy theories". Many journalists have tried to reveal unknown facts to the humanity, but many times they failed...others succeeded. Those, who succeeded, faced the doubts and the disbeliefs (some times even the violence) at the beginning, but, when they were left free to prove their search, then they were congratulated and praised for their courage to bring to light covered-up stories. So, maybe what these movies show are stories that people should have a full coverage of any available information in order for them to judge who are the people that are governing us.

Common Sense Media

It all started with a myth that the media (firstly the newspapers, the radio and tv) are the "fouth power. Nowadays, the myth became an institution and in few years will pass through the National Constitution. And when one says media, this includes the owners, the administration, the journalists, the celebrities and all the staff. Each one of them has indeed the control of our eyes and sometimes our minds. The owners have their own interests, that must be promoted and facilitated

ΕΡΓΑΤΟΠΑΤΕΡΑΣ...ΤΕΡΑΣ...ΤΕΡΑΣ...ΤΕΡΑΣ!!!

Αυτές τις ημέρες εξελίσσεται στην Ελλάδα μια απόπειρα εξέγερσης κυρίως των εφήβων, αλλά και μέρος του πληθυσμού. Αφορμή (πιστεύω...) ήταν η δολοφονία του Αλέξανδρου...αιτία; Η γενικότερη κατάσταση της παγκόσμιας οικονομίας, αλλά και τα συνεχή σκάνδαλα στην πολιτική elite της χώρας μας, ήτοι τους βουλευτές και υπουργούς.

Finally, stupidity is over!

Stupidity is over! George W. Bush is over! Many are wondering why the vast majority of people (includung me) throughout the world are happier with Obama's victory in U.S. elections. Many believe that nothing will change and U.S. will keep showing its imperialistic and aggresive face without any diversion to the plan. Well...this may be true. However, I produced a number of reasons that support the relief generated by Obama's new presidency.

Σήμερα...

Σήμερα μιλάμε για την κοινή λογική και την εφαρμογή της στην ελληνική πραγματικότητα। Στα πλαίσια μιας βαθιάς κρίσης στον χρηματοοικονομικό κόσμο, η Ελλάδα ζει με τους δικούς της ρυθμούς, όπως άλλωστε συμβαίνει εδώ και πολλά χρόνια। Μόνο το Χ।Α।Α। αντανακλά τη σήψη της παγκόσμιας (όχι όμως και της ελληνικής) οικονομίας। Σίγουρα, πολλές ελληνικές εταιρείες, ίσως και αρκετοί ιδιώτες, έχουν επιβαρυνθεί με χρεωκοπημένα κεφαλαιακά χαρτοφυλάκια και ίσως σε λίγο καιρό αντιληφθούνε τις συνέπειες। Όμως, γενικά η ελληνική οικονομία δεν επηρεάζεται
σε ανάλογο μέγεθος όπως άλλες μεγάλες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες। Κι αυτό ίσως να οφείλεται στο ότι η μεγάλη άνοδος της στεγαστικής αγοράς είναι ακόμα πρόσφατη και δεν έχουν "σκάσει" (...ακόμα) τα υψηλού ρίσκου στεγαστικά δάνεια που έχουν χορηγήσει οι ελληνικές τράπεζες।

Κοινή λογική

Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι η κοινή λογική δεν επικρατεί σε χώρους, χώρες, επιχειρήσεις, όπου υπερισχύει ο εγωισμός, η προσωπική φιλοδοξία και η ασυνείδητη ανάγκη για προσωπική προβολή। Φυσικά και δεν είναι μεμπτό κάποιος/-α να επιθυμεί την προσωπική του προαγωγή και προβολή। Άλλωστε, η σημερινή πραγματικότητα το επιβάλλει। Ισχυρές χώρες μεταχειρίζονται κράτη και λαούς σύμφωνα με τις ιδιαίτερές τους προσδοκίες। Υψηλά στελέχη κρίνουν και αποφασίζουν την εξέλιξη ή επιβίωση μιας εταιρείας και των εργαζομένων της με βάσει και την δικιά τους πορεία προς την κορυφή της εταιρικής πυραμίδας। Οι ενέργειές τους κωδικοποιούνται σε εκδηλώσεις προσωπικής ή συλλογικής ωφέλειας। Που βρίσκεται λοιπόν η κοινή λογική।
Κοινή λογική μπορεί να είναι ότι οι ΗΠΑ είναι η υπερδύναμη, η οποία για να επιβιώσει και να προφυλάξει την οικονομική της ευμάρεια και εξέλιξη, δημιουργεί συμμαχίες και εχθρούς ώστε να προωθεί τα προϊόντα της - εξοπλιστικά, καταναλωτικά κ।α। Έτσι δε θα θέλαμε να κάνει και η δική μας χώρα, για της οποίας την παγκόσμια πρωτοκαθεδρία θα είμασταν υπερήφανοι;
Κοινή λογική μπορεί, όμως, να είναι ότι κάθε λαός θέλει και απαιτεί και αγωνίζεται για την αυτονομία και ανεξαρτησία του, τις οποίες καμία υπερδύναμη δεν πρέπει να τολμά να αμφισβητεί ή να μεταχειρίζεται। Έτσι δεν νοιώθουμε κάθε φορά που η χώρα μας αναγκάζεται μέσα στα πλαίσια διπλωματικών συναλλαγών, να υποδουλώνεται σε αποφάσεις άλλων για το μέλλον της; Ποια κοινή λογική, λοιπόν, είναι η ισχύουσα κοινή λογική; Άραγε υπάρχει...;
